Srinivasan is a BE (Electrical and Electronics) from BITS, Pilani and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow. With over 39 years of professional working experience in mid- and senior-management roles in MNCs in India and abroad, Srinivasan has played strategic roles and lead teams in research and development, manufacturing, sales and marketing, key account management, customer relationship management, partner management and sales education. In addition, he has lead projects in mergers and aquisitions, business re-engineering and customer experience.
He continues to mentor professionals who are now well placed in various organisations and achieving their career goals. His was also an academic counsellor for the University of Strathclyde Business Schools Dubai campus from 2007 to 2011 where he taught students on topics related to corporate strategy and operations management.
